Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Evans Head! The process of picking up the keys for our apartment was easy. Beach Break is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The apartment was clean but is looking a bit tired. Master bedroom bed is very ordinary, would suggest replacing it, other two bedrooms need ceiling fans in them as the rooms cop the full sun and the pedestal fans are not affective at all. Other than the above the apartment is well equipped and we enjoyed our stay."
