"Had a really bad experience with the service this weekend for some reason but I called for towels and the trash and nobody never came with no new towels or to pick up the trash for hours so I had to dump my own trash and take my dirty towels to get new ones myself."

"We love coming here and will still be regulars because the staff and area are great. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing due to the bathroom condition — it didn’t seem properly cleaned, the shower had dark residue I hope it isn’t mold , the floors weren’t mopped, and the shower faucet was broken making it difficult to adjust the water randomly turns extremely hot. Still a nice place overall, and I hope this feedback helps maintain the usual standards. "

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Vilma's home. Everything we needed for our time in the Keys and Everglades was available, including a well-stocked kitchen, beach towels, and bathroom supplies. All the beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Vilma gave us some great tips on the best key lime pie and other area options. We also enjoyed the nearby community pool we walked to. "Great location is about the only good thing of my stay. Had to wash the cover when I arrived because there was food and hair on the cover. The bath tubs do not drain so you will stand in a foot of water. The kitchen table was sticky. It appeared like the cleaning service just made beds then left."

"The Home was Beautiful and the Grounds were well taken care of. The layout of the house was better than expected. Traveled with 2 teenagers, they were able to have their own rooms with Jack and Jill bathroom. Two of the other rooms also had a Jack and Jill bathroom, which worked well with myself, husband and adult son. The primary bedroom was very spacious with a garden soaking tub, large shower, and a toilet room. The fourth bathroom was perfect for when getting out of the heated salt pool. OMG, the pool was great for relaxing and playing around. The lanai was great for gathering and visiting. Both the Host and Property Manager were very friendly, helpful, and easy to contact with questions. We would stay there again!!!"
