"It’s ok for a one night stay but anything longer no. Bass aren’t comfortable shower pressure was close to none. Music was blasting midnight of night. Property manager didn’t do much about it. Looks like people us it as permanent living."

"Apt was clean and perfect, front desk attentive and friendly, breakfast was good but could be better, specially the hot itens, breakfast area was not crowd and was clean as well. "

"Overall, the hotel was okay for what we needed. The location was convenient for visiting the Everglades, which was a big plus. The beds were comfortable, and despite the air conditioning being pretty weak, it did keep the room comfortable enough — it just seemed to run constantly. There were a few downsides. The room had a noticeable moldy smell, and the shower curtain wasn’t installed correctly, so water ended up all over the bathroom floor after showering. Housekeeping never came during our 4-night stay, which was disappointing. Also worth noting there’s no actual breakfast, just a small grab-and-go option. About halfway through our stay, Everglades fires started directly across the street from the hotel. Obviously that is not the hotel’s fault, but the smoke and smell were intense and came right into the room through the air conditioning. What was frustrating was the complete lack of communication about it. Even just a quick acknowledgment or update from staff would have gone a long way. Not terrible for a short stay if you’re mainly using it as a base for exploring, but definitely could use some improvements."

"Great location is about the only good thing of my stay. Had to wash the cover when I arrived because there was food and hair on the cover. The bath tubs do not drain so you will stand in a foot of water. The kitchen table was sticky. It appeared like the cleaning service just made beds then left."
