"My experience at this Hilton was below expectations, especially for the brand standard. I arrived late on Friday and the front desk service was not welcoming. The room was smaller than expected and, more importantly, not as clean as it should be—particularly the bathroom and shower. We had four people in the room but were only provided with three towels. When we requested additional towels and extra blankets, we were told there were no extra blankets available, which is surprising for a hotel of this level. If you’re traveling with kids, plan ahead—basic accommodations may be limited. Breakfast was underwhelming. While the omelet was good, the overall selection was very limited. Being charged extra for something as simple as toast felt unnecessary and detracted from the experience. Additionally, bottled water in the room was priced at $3, which adds to the perception of nickel-and-diming. Despite requesting a quiet room, noise was a consistent issue. Overall, the experience did not align with what I would expect from a Hilton property."

"home is very out dated for the price should have been better living room furniture. The kitchen is very outdated cabinets where damage, the bathroom in hallway smh master bedroom was great outside area was just completely horrible I mean nothing was there in that big back yard. The house was last minute but i will never select this home again for the price no way not ever again and then they charge me cause the tv was left on and the home not being clean well if there was any thing to clean with beside a broom that look like it belongs outside so we did the best we could but to charge 450 for that is ridiculous never again "

"Our room was a room for four people. It was clean and large and roomy. The problem was for people cannot sit on one chair. How come they don't consider having a place to sit down other than on the bed? We asked if we could have one or two more chairs and was told no they were all in use. I find it quite troublesome when you can't even sit down in your room. Other than that the room was okay."
