This property was a delight. It was spacious, perfect for 2 people. Instructions for check in and out were clear. The unit set up was well thought out. On top of all that the bed was comfy. When I come back to Palmer, I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Stayed here for one night. Bob and Maria the owners couldn't have been nicer. Room was extremely comfortable and very new and clean. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay again and have no hesitation in recommending.

I had an unplanned visit to Anchorage, an Emergency at Providence Medical Centre, I found this place and it was perfect for my needs. It was close to the hospital, there were food venues nearby. The property itself was situated in quite a quiet are. The studio that I staid in was very well equipped with cooker, oven, full fridge freezer as well as pots, pans, and full kitchen equipment. There was also a free laundry room. It was clean and tidy, with fresh towels and sundries. It was perfect...

We loved the quirkiness and fun side. It was fully equipped for catering, even providing the biggest bag of pancake mix I’ve ever seen. Climbing up and down the ladder to the loft space bedroom put a new meaning to climbing the wooden hill! It was quickly warmed by the efficient heater. The outside area was beautifully maintained and would have been loved to sit out had the weather been warmer. Shame we only stayed for two nights as it was one of our best stops.

Check in staff were very friendly, the room was large and clean and had everything you needed, the wi fi and television station choice were excellent. If I’m in Kenai again I’d definitely stay there again.

Good and cheap place to stay in the area. Receptionist was very nice and explained to me local area attractions and viewing points. I enjoyed sunset at Captain Cook State Recreation Area, around 40 minutes away from the hotel. There was no operations going on at the airport, so no noise. I would stay again if I was visiting the area.

Reception staff could not be friendlier. Room and facilities very good. About 10 taxi to downtown, the hotel itself is fairly isolated.
