Clean, quiet and lovely. Perfect for me and my two boys for a hockey weekend getaway!
This is the third time that we have stayed at Kozy Cabins and each time has been terrific. Cozy and so fun!!! We would not stay anywhere else in Wasilla unless with the grandkids of course.
Loved the place! The cabin was clean, cozy, great little kitchen, livingroom and two bedrooms. Easy to book, easy to get to, quiet and an easy drive to and from some of my favorite Alaskan locations.
A lovely property in a quiet neighborhood, adorable, clean cabins. Very roomy, fully stocked, and all furnishings very comfortable. Check in process was a breeze and manager very helpful and friendly. We couldn't have asked for more unless it was to stay longer!!

If you enjoy a unique place to stay this is worth looking into. Spacious and comfortable. Staff go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. Quiet location. Not your usual "cookie cutter" place. Contributed to our stay in Wasilla a special memory. Kitchen had all the basics needed for quick meals or more elaborate cooking. Only negatives are the beds and bedding being old and in need of replacing. Cotton sheets would have been appreciated instead of the man-made fiber ones due to the static electricity they generated and I frequently got shocked as I slid across them. Ditto on the blankets. But all of this added to the uncommon experience Kozey Cabins has to offer. This was our second stay here while visiting nearby family and we don't hesitate to recommend this property and look forward to another stay ourselves.
We booked our stay through the Hotels.com app, piece of cake as usual. We arrived to the property around 10:00pm to find that there was no front office for us to check-in at. Instead, a note on a door with a number listed to call... that was kind of weird. After calling a couple of times with no answer, a guy opened a door of the cabin where the "check in" phone number was listed and helped us with our check in. Other than that little hiccup, our experience was excellent. Our cabin was big and comfy, warm, and very clean. With a large fridge, stove, dining table, and a coffee maker that I really appreciated. If you're looking for a place to stay in this area, I really recommend this place.

Double check what you reserved.
The booking for these cabins is very unclear. We thought we were renting a two bedroom one bath cabin. The description, word “front” and picture led us to that conclusion. What we were given was two separate cabins each having one bedroom and one bath and another bed in an open loft. Fine for a family, not great for two couples traveling together. So, the price was higher but if that had been our only choice for Wasilla, we at least got two real bedrooms. ( in two separate cabins) Other than the noisy hot water heater, the cabin was fine, nothing luxurious but this is An Alaskan cabin so about what we’re were expecting.
The cabin we stayed in was nice. It would have been relaxing to stay longer but we stayed only one night. The only thing wrong was the coffee maker needed cleaning. It wouldn't suck up the water to make coffee. The grounds were nicely landscaped and the cabins were nice. I would stay there again.
This was a great stay for my friends and I. We felt like we were in the wilderness but yet we were just minutes from town. The cabin felt cozy and warm. Great heater and all the cooking utensils necessary for cooking. Shower was exceptional too. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family and would love to come back again.
Chose this place on a recommendation from friends we were visiting.
PROS: The property is very pretty, and the cabins are well equipped w/BBQ's & basic kitchen needs. Bath was stocked with shampoo/lotion/condition/soaps.
CONS: The bathroom plumbing setup was a bit concerning re:hot water heater rusty, making lots of strange sounds. It felt a bit cramped because of the small space & large furniture in the living space. On check in no one was around. There was no information regarding Wi-Fi, garbage area, recycling or anything else. A simple house binder or single sheet of info would have been nice. And the big one... in the summer, no black out curtains on most of the windows.
