Staff were excellent. The rooms could use an upgrade unless you don't mine white walls with no pictures, paintings etc.

Room was clean on arrival and cleaned to a good standard daily - fruit bowl on arrival was appreciated - staff, particularly at the breakfast buffet, were very friendly - beautiful location - hotel provided a free shuttle into Sorrento, you could walk it (around 20 mins) however there are no paths at some points on the route - pool was well maintained and we didn’t experience any issues with sun loungers - breakfast buffet had a wide selection.

Perched atop a hill with stunning views overlooking the Sea of Naples, this hotel offers a wonderful resort-like ambiance. Our elegantly designed room easily and comfortably accommodated our party of four. Location-wise, it’s a short ride from the train station area. While the 10-minute walk to the shuttle bus is manageable, navigating uphill from the station to the main street can be a bit challenging. The coach bus runs frequently and is quite convenient, though a smaller direct shuttle to the marina would be a fantastic addition. As for dining, the food was just okay, primarily because the menu lacks vegetarian variety. However, the staff is exceptionally professional and friendly, and the daily housekeeping was excellent.
