Decepcionante

Sou cliente do Hoteis.com à muito tempo.. adoro, nunca tive uma reclamação. Porém dessa vez, foi uma decepção gigante .. as Fotos enganam demais. Chegamos a noite e fomos muito bem recebidos porém quando chegamos ao nosso quarto vimos que era muito Velho e mal higienizado, além do que não pegamos o Wi-Fi. Fomos tentar a troca por um melhor(mesmo pagando a diferença) mas não tinha, tinha apenas um inferior. No 2º dia meu filho ficou doente (tivemos que vir embora correndo para o hospital) … perdendo assim todo o restante dos dias. E não recebi nem uma mensagem ou ligação, dizendo que eu ganharia um noite por ter deixado esses dias pra trás .. não que eu queira. Pq não tenho um pingo de vontade de voltar lá .. mas pela consideração que eles deveriam ter para com o cliente. Nem ao menos escreverem perguntando se meu filho está melhor. Enfim .. mas isso não vem ao caso. O caso é que está bem detonado e não vale a pena.
