"Wonderful visit. Friendliest staff ever and will help you with anything. Free parking is a plus. Breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully. Not to mention fresh baked cookies daily along with a reception hour! Our bed was low to floor which may present a problem for some people."

On that day I texted/messaged you on this site and never received a response. I now see I was charged $508.52 on my credit card, presumably for two nights. I want recourse, and mostly first A RESPONSE from you. What are the components of that charge of $508.52. I have used Expedia for many trips and hotel stays for years.
