It consists of a living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 large bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, television, washing machine and dryer. A cot and high chair are also available. All 4 bedrooms have a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom. The property offers a private outdoor area with a large garden and a pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a covered terrace and an open terrace with furniture, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air and sea views. A gas barbecue is also available for outdoor cooking. Despite the quiet location of the house, everything essential is within walking or driving distance. There is a restaurant just 1 minute away on foot. A wide selection of shops and restaurants can be found within a 5-minute drive in Cala Bona or 10 minutes in the centre of Cala Millor. Beach lovers will find several options nearby, such as the white sands of Cala Millor, just 5 minutes away by car. Palma de Mallorca and the international airport are about 56 minutes away by car.
