It perfectly combines the essence of traditional Mediterranean Mallorcan style with contemporary lines, both in its architecture and interior. Surrounded by nature, the property offers an atmosphere of absolute tranquility, with a private swimming pool and a beautiful garden that invites relaxation, while providing all modern comforts. The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright open-plan area divided into different zones: entrance hall, living room with fireplace, cozy sitting area, dining room, and fully equipped open kitchen. Large windows surround this space, connecting directly to the magnificent outdoor porch, creating a seamless blend of interior and exterior, perfect for enjoying the Mallorcan climate year-round. Next to the porch is the large swimming pool, surrounded by lawn and offering stunning open views of the countryside and mountains. We also really enjoyed the pool. There were two things that needed to be taken care of during our vacation – communication with Antoni was easy and he was always quick to respond and there to help. A very friendly and helpful host. There were seven of us in the house. As a tip, I’d suggest adding a second sunshade by the pool and giving the terrace area a fresh coat of paint. Just small things, but they would enhance the property even more. Da wir den Pool doch sehr beansprucht haben, wäre eine wöchentliche Reinigung von Nöten. Nach meinem Empfinden war der 'Poolboy' während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht Vorort. Obwohl wir die Finca sehr genossen haben, sind in nächster Zukunft, doch die eine oder andere Renovation (Zufahrt/Malerarbeiten und weiteres) in die Wege zu leiten. Auch das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit der großen Fensterfront war genau nach unserem Geschmack. Die Abwicklung durch PlanetVillas funktionierte reibungslos und es war ganz toll, dass wir die Finca früher beziehen konnten, da die Anreisezeit per Flugzeug schon sehr früh war. Auch bei einem Stromausfall wegen dem Unwetter konnten wir spätabends PlanetVillas kontaktieren und erhielten sofort Hilfe. ##### Barbara W.
