Hotels with Balcony in Somerset, England

Overall, a excellent guest house with full facilites. Very clean and well maintained throughout. Superb choices for breakfast and a very short distance to the town centre. Would definitely recommend this guest house.

The staff at reception were very welcoming on arrival. We asked fir a quiet room which was anything but quiet as there was a wedding in the hotel and the noise through the hotel and above us was horrendous. Shame as it is a nice hotel and apart from the noise levels it would have been great!

Liked Spacious room, good car park area outside building, close to shops and bars, Did not like, room very warm unable to open window.

Nice area, lovely environment specially for family relaxing time with good food, but WiFi inside my room was not very good and very bad reception for mobile coverage as my room was in another building but rest was very good

Felt the room was dated and tired. Things were 'sticky' and didnt look to be clean. Spent 20£ in bar when i sent my husband to the bar to get a bottle of wine whilst i got the boys to sleep... returned with 2 filthy glasses. Small things which would improve the overall rating and experience. Breakfast ...

The only issue was the bedroom curtains - they are practically see-through so we woke up at sunrise.

Location across from the Wells Cathedral is perfect. Convenient. We ended up in an attic room; watch your head! Three flights of stairs to get up to it. Loved the gin bar.

This was a wonderful house to getaway to in the countryside. Sarah and Philip are the perfect hosts; they ensured that we had everything we needed; they are kind and hospitable.
