Staff very welcoming, friendly & polite I asked for quietest rooms and that’s what I got. The room was very clean, I did notice the paintwork on the skirting boards in the bathroom needs attention.
The breakfast was excellent! Well cooked and everything of good quality. Our bedroom was large with all facilities. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
The rooms were nice, a good size and just what we need for a one night break from driving. Breakfast was lovely a nice selection and overall it was great value for money. The only downsides were the lady who checked us in made the whole process much more complicated than it needed to be which was ...

Perfect for an overnight stay on the way to Devon. Friendly staff and your basic hotel provisions, comfy bed, TV, kettle etc. Dogs are welcome but charged £5 for the night.

Lovely touch to be welcomed by fresh eggs from ...

In good weather there are the dramatic landscapes of Exmoor National Park, the Quantocks and the Mendip Hills to explore, and when the weather dips you always have historic cities such as Bath and Wells at your disposal. There are also great seaside towns here such as Minehead and Burnham-on-Sea, and a vast choice of family friendly hotels in Somerset to choose from at all these wonderful locations.
The most attractive feature of family-friendly hotels is that your kids will be as well catered for as the adult members of your party. At the excellent family-friendly hotels throughout Somerset you'll all be treated to the best services whatever your ages. The informal atmosphere and special child-oriented facilities will help make the break an enjoyable one for you all, no matter how young or old you are.

Somerset is particularly rich in outdoor activity venues, and its varied landscapes and long, attractive coastline attract sporting enthusiasts throughout the year. When you've all had your fill of bracing activities you can visit a stately home or castle, or simply head into the nearest town to do some shopping for souvenirs. Somerset cuisine is renowned for its freshness and seasonal qualities, so you're in for a treat when it comes to dining out as well, and most restaurants will offer a great selection of kid's meals as well as more grown-up fare.
When you book in to a family-friendly Somerset hotel such as The Manor Hotel in Yeovil or Wookey Hole Hotel near Wells you'll find an establishment that takes its younger guests seriously.
