The rooms and property were so clean, there were strong winds during our time there and everything was fixed up very quickly. The location is fabulous as well, very close to the main part of Oia and many great restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. "

We also have a face treatment at the spa and it was wonderful. The lounge is really nice nice, offers a great view on the sea, we can also watch the sunset there. Great hotel! "

"Staff were exceptional! My room was a cave, but it did need some work to freshen it up. All the drains were very rusty, my hot tub had a fair amount of dirt in it, and my bath mat had a stain when I arrived. The room was a tad warm, but the unit that was for heat/air had a broken power button and nothing appeared on the screen, so I couldn’t control the temperature. I’d have hoped, for a property that said luxury, that it wouldn’t have had these things that needed freshening. An explanation about needing to press a button to get hot water for the shower would also have been helpful!"
