The tram was a 3 min walk so getting around was a breeze. Elana, was very attentive with constant communication and helpful advice. 👍👍"

Blaming hotels.com for making a reservation for a room that was unavailable) The receptionist couldn’t find our booking. So we were put into two double rooms. The check in wasn’t done correctly due to this. We didn’t pay when we arrived. We weren’t registered with our passports and told about the tourist tax. We were told we could have breakfast and then the next morning...

"Amazing spa, gym. the hotel has a semi-olympic swimming pool (25mtr) with 4 large lines. All equipment available (flippers, boards,....). Recommend for swimmers (open at 7:00 morning time). Staff from the reception is extremelly helpful and polite. Good breakast. Room service would need a little bit more choice"
