Room quite big with a balcony and comfortable bed. Negative... Air conditioning is very bad. No complimentary water in the room. Elevators work very slow. Actually it is 2 buildings together and some rooms in the other building. Passing between buildings. You need 2 different elevator, even in the same floor. Breakfast finish at 10 am. The young guys in the breakfast service very rude and never smiles. (They took no responsibility for this. Blaming hotels.com for making a reservation for a room that was unavailable) The receptionist couldn’t find our booking. So we were put into two double rooms. The check in wasn’t done correctly due to this. We didn’t pay when we arrived. We weren’t registered with our passports and told about the tourist tax. We were told we could have breakfast and then the next morning told we can’t. The room itself was nice. Although not what we wanted/reserved. The noise from the main road outside was loud. Above us was a restaurant and early morning the moving of chairs woke us up. The pool was ok. But no other facilities were working (hot tub or sauna).
