Dream Home with Wellness Facilities and Home Automation on the Edge of the Dunes

This luxuriously furnished vacation home is equipped with the latest amenities and a wellness area, and is adjacent to the Soesterduinen. It features an en-suite bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms (one with a spacious, handcrafted oak balcony) on the upper floor.

All bedrooms are hotel-quality, featuring their own 42-inch LED streaming TV, two hanging closets, and a desk or dressing table with an Ethernet connection and automatically opening and closing curtains. There is an USB port next to each bed for charging your cell phone. Each bedroom also has an air conditioner that uses home automation to regulate the perfect temperature, CO2 levels, and humidity. The shared bathroom on this floor features a toilet, bathtub, and a double sink with a hair dryer and heated mirror. One bedroom has a spacious balcony with a direct view of the sand drift.

First floor:
On the first floor, there is a separate guest restroom. The kitchen is equipped with an American-style refrigerator, a 90-cm halogen cooktop, a dishwasher, a wine cooler, a Quooker, and a cozy bar. The living room features a 55-inch LED TV with Chromecast, a Loxone music center for streaming your own music, and an LED fireplace. The terrace features a lounge area and an outdoor table with chairs, an outdoor kitchen with a Black Basterd BBQ, a Loxone music center, one infrared heater, and atmospheric outdoor lighting. On the side of the house is a cedar barrel sauna and a jacuzzi with an automatic lift-up roof and a pouring bucket.
There are 3 parking spaces at the house, and you have access to a private electric charging station for your electric car and bicycles.
On the first floor, you’ll find one bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, a sunshower, a toilet, and a sink with a heated mirror.

First Floor:
On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony and a stunning view of the forest and the Soester Dunes.
You’ll also find a bathroom on this floor with a bath-shower combination, toilet, and double sink with a heated mirror.
In addition, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

This property is available for recreational rental only for a maximum of 3 weeks, and pets are not allowed. Utility costs, bed linens, and towels are included.

Parking:
Parking available for up to 3 cars at the property.

House Rules:
We warmly welcome you in advance and would like to thank you for choosing our vacation home.
We expect that during your stay, the property will be kept clean and treated with respect. To ensure clarity, we would like to draw your attention to the following house rules:

-All accommodations are strictly non-smoking. The use of deep fryers without properly functioning odor filters is also prohibited. If we determine that an open deep fryer has been used or that smoking has occurred in your room, an additional €250.00 will be charged for the cleaning of the curtains and furniture in your accommodation.
-It is prohibited to dispose of sanitary pads, frying oil, and other fats down the drain due to the use of sewage pressure pumps. If this is discovered, the tenant will be held responsible for the cleaning costs.
-Moving beds and cabinets is only permitted in consultation with and with the assistance of our staff to prevent unnecessary damage.
-It is not permitted to install satellite dishes on or near the residences.
-Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
-It is prohibited to attach nails, thumbtacks, tape, glue, or similar items to the walls or furniture.
-Open consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Walking around the park with a bottle of alcoholic beverage will not be tolerated. If we find guests outside their bungalow in an intoxicated state, we reserve the right to remove that person from the park. Drugs are prohibited throughout the entire park.
-We are a fireworks-free park. Open fires and fireworks are prohibited both on and off the park grounds. As long as the government has not issued a Code Orange, barbecuing on the patio of your cottage is permitted. Check the information channel to see if barbecuing is permitted.
- You can dispose of your household waste—including plastic bags, paper, cardboard, and glass—in the designated containers behind the wooden doors to the left of the parking garage entrance.
- Our guests come here primarily for peace and quiet. We therefore ask that you keep noise to a minimum. After 11:00 PM, no noise may be audible outside your accommodation.
Upon departure, the accommodation must be left clean (swept) and in its original condition. All furniture must be returned to the exact location where you found it upon arrival. All kitchenware must be left in the kitchen cabinets, complete, clean, and dry. Please report any breakage to the front desk (online). Trash bags must be placed in the containers in front of the parking garage.

Any damage to the accommodation and/or the inventory and/or decorations contained therein, or the theft thereof, will be charged immediately to the person responsible or the jointly liable party.

Sauna:
You can access the private sauna, located next to the residence, using your own code. You may use the sauna for a maximum of 2.5 hours at a time.

-Wearing swimwear is required.
-A maximum of 4 people are allowed in the sauna.
-You must shower before using the sauna.
-Wearing bath slippers is recommended.
Shaving is not permitted in the Wellness area.

-The use of a large towel is required in the sauna.
-Food, beverages, drugs, and tobacco are strictly prohibited and not allowed in the Wellness area. Bottles of mineral water are permitted, however.
-Electronic devices are prohibited in the sauna.
-Drink plenty of fluids and take a break every 5–15 minutes.
-We advise against using the Wellness Center if you have high blood pressure, are pregnant, have diabetes, have heart problems, or are taking medications that cause or exacerbate symptoms during your visit to the Wellness Center. If you have any concerns about your health, it is advisable to first consult your doctor to determine whether it is safe for you to use the Wellness facilities.
-Engaging in sexual activity is not permitted.

As a guest, you are personally responsible for using the Wellness facilities properly. Under no circumstances can Bungalowpark 't Eekhoornnest be held liable for accidents or for bodily injury or property damage caused by the improper use of our facilities.
