"Beautiful location. Slick stylish property. Lovely garden. Great mini golf. But the description needs changed. The boat is for one person and no life vest is provided. I don’t think it’s possible to swim in that water. No beans provided with the bean to cup coffee machine, only filter coffee. Also, the sheets and mattress kept slipping off the beds. "

"The pictures listed for this stay don’t do it justice - the back patio is beautiful and the interior is very well equipped and decorated. Richard was an incredibly kind an attentive host. My friends and I loved hanging out on the front and back patios in the mornings, taking trips to Amsterdam during the day, and relaxing in the hot tub at night. Overall amazing stay! The room was nice but somethings were missing off the description initially like it being a shared co working space and the jacuzzi wasn’t clean enough to go in, but the fire pit was amazing and the patio. "I was concerned after reading other reviews, but my experience was very positive. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Ziggo Dome arena and it was only a 20 minute, very pleasant stroll to the arena - also convenient for the Johan Cryuff arena for football matches. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. I was on the first floor, overlooking the main road, but the room was really quiet. Internet access was great. I found all the staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also very good in my opinion, with plenty of choice from the breakfast buffet. The area is very commercial and there is a lot of construction ongoing, but I was staying over the weekend, so I can’t comment on noise as a result of building work or traffic noise. As I ate at the arena, prior to the concerts I attended, I cannot comment on the eating options in the area. I would definitely stay at the Ozo again, if I was attending another concert at the Ziggo Dome. "
