This cozy vacation home offers everything you need for a carefree and memorable stay.

Through the entryway, you step into the cozy living room, furnished with a comfortable seating area, an electric decorative fireplace, and a 42-inch LED TV. This is the perfect spot to relax together, play a game, or wind down at the end of the day. The living room and dining area are set up to accommodate 6 people.

The open kitchen is fully equipped for a hassle-free stay and features a dishwasher, combination microwave, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a Nespresso machine, a drip coffee maker (size 4), a toaster, and a full set of kitchenware for 6 people.

There is also a separate restroom on the first floor. Practical amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are also available here.
From the living room, you step directly onto the patio. Chairs are set out here, and you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the meadow. It’s a wonderful spot for breakfast in the morning sun or a relaxing evening outdoors.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, all featuring a sloped ceiling with a window in the side wall. Each bedroom has nightstands, nightlights, and electrical outlets near the beds.

The bathroom is also located on this floor and is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Thanks to the window with a roller shade, natural daylight streams in, and you have a view of the meadow. A hair dryer is provided as standard.

This detached home is located relatively on the edge of the park. Thanks to its open location and unobstructed view, you’ll enjoy plenty of peace and privacy here. The lodge has one reserved parking space next to the property.

In total, the lodge sleeps 6 people. A stay with 4 people is also very comfortable. You always rent the entire property, regardless of the number of guests.

This accommodations are only suitable for vacation guests and not for work groups.

The front desk is open weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Mondays and Fridays until 8:00 p.m.

We are available at all times in case of an emergency.

House Rules:
We would like to extend a warm welcome to you in advance and thank you for choosing our vacation home.
We expect that during your stay, the property will be kept clean and treated with respect. To ensure clarity, we would like to draw your attention to the following house rules:

-Please check the inventory list and the cottage for any damage within 24 hours of arrival. Otherwise, any unreported damage or missing items may be charged to you upon departure.

-Bedding is required for all pillows and comforters used.

-All accommodations are strictly non-smoking. The use of deep fryers without properly functioning odor filters is also prohibited. If we determine that an open deep fryer has been used or that smoking has occurred in your room, an additional €250.00 will be charged for the cleaning of the curtains and furniture in your accommodation.

-It is prohibited to dispose of sanitary pads, frying oil, and other fats down the drain due to the use of sewage pressure pumps. If this is discovered, the tenant will be charged for the cleaning costs.

-Beds and cabinets may only be moved in consultation with and with the assistance of our staff to prevent unnecessary damage.

-It is not permitted to install satellite dishes on or near the residences.
-Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

-It is prohibited to attach nails, thumbtacks, tape, glue, or similar items to the walls or furniture.

-Open consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Within the park, with the exception of your own patio, walking around with a bottle of alcoholic beverage will not be tolerated. If we find guests outside the bungalow in an intoxicated state, we reserve the right to remove that person from the park. Drugs are prohibited throughout the entire park.

-Open fires are prohibited both on and off the park. As long as the government has not issued a Code Orange, barbecuing on the patio of your cottage is permitted. Check the information channel to see if barbecuing is allowed.

- You can dispose of your household waste—including plastic bags, paper, cardboard, and glass—in the designated containers behind the wooden doors to the left of the parking garage entrance.

-Our guests come here primarily for peace and quiet. We therefore ask that you keep noise to a minimum. After 11:00 PM, no noise should be audible outside your accommodation.

Upon departure, the accommodation must be left clean (swept) and in its original condition. All furniture must be returned to the exact location where you found it upon arrival. All kitchenware must be left in the kitchen cabinets, complete, clean, and dry. Please report any breakage to the front desk (online). Trash bags must be placed in the containers in front of the parking garage.

Any damage to the accommodation and/or the inventory and/or decorations contained therein, or the theft thereof, will be charged immediately to the person responsible or the jointly liable party.

Upon departure:
- The property must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on your departure day.
- All trash in and around your bungalow must be taken to the trash containers. You can dispose of your household waste, paper/cardboard, and glass in the containers at the recycling area. You may not dispose of any other waste (such as old toys, construction debris, and hazardous waste) there. If this does happen, additional charges will be applied.
- Make sure the fireplace is emptied and that the trash can, stovetop, and combination microwave are clean (i.e., free of baked-on grease).
- Leave the floor swept clean
- The furniture must be returned to the same places where it was found upon arrival
- The dishes must be clean and dry inside the cabinets
- You may place the rented linens and towels behind the front door
- During the inventory check, we will also verify that the number of clothes hangers, storage containers, laundry basket, and similar items are still present

You have paid for a standard final cleaning. Please note that additional cleaning fees may be charged if the bungalow has not been kept tidy and/or if damage or defects are found and were not reported immediately.
