Excellent breakfasts, only once had an issue accessing a shared shower (had to go to another floor) and never the toilets. Room was quite small, but it was a single so to be expected. Showing its age, but gives it a quaint feeling. Staff were all lovely. Parking location handy on the Alpine Way. Be sure to book it if you need it. Surprised to see wallabies around the property in the middle of winter!

Lake side room was lovely great views from the bedroom. Rooms are decent with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great and well catered.

We chose Kinross Inn after reading reviews from previous guests, and we're so pleased we chose this motel. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, our spacious, quiet room was spotless, very comfortable and cozy on a cold winter night. Parking is undercover, with easy (& dry) access directly into room so no need to haul luggage up stairs. They have a heated indoor pool, which we did not use as didn't bring swimmers! Beautiful, comfortable and well equipped apartment with 2 balconies (lounge and bedroom), each with a lovely view of the lake. Easy access to the lakeside paths for walk/run/cycle. Whilst we didn't use them, the hotels own bike hire looked good value. Excellent buffet breakfast included and great food from the bar in the evening. A couple of minor electrical issues (lightbulb and hairdryer) were promptly sorted by friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It functional, tailored really for skiing overflow from nearby resorts. Local Mexican restaurant was excellent.

Good views, near Lake, children play ground, close to shops, foods. Very clean, new amenities, excellent Staff, makes every things easy. Every things we needs are there. Exceed expectation. We arre satisfied.
