Rooms are pretty basic with radiator heating, no Wi-Fi (available in lobby/restaurant only), small TV (often without reception) mini fridge/electric kettle/tea & instant coffee (no microwave or coffee maker), small closet (no robe/slippers). Tiny, cramped bathroom with shower stall, no counter space. Very nice staff. Large restaurant bar; breakfast & dinner included in room rate. For the price, should be able to get a decent sleep? Not too much to ask for? Hotel is showing its age and hasn't changed since last visit over 10 years ago. Seems to run by teenagers, who had varying degrees of skill with guest interaction, though there were a couple of stand-outs who went out of their way to help. We arrived at 1am in the morning after getting stuck in the snow (3 hours after our planned arrival), and the staff made sure they greeted us and showed us our room. The location is great. Reservation is very easy and the negative comments on reservation manager do not exist. Wifi can only be connected in Bar, and it seems does not work after 8pm.
