"The room was EXTREMELY small and definitely could not fit 4 adults like advertised. No closet for clothing, no luggage racks We lived out of our suitcases and had to stack them on the only seat other than the beds. No room to walk past each other without squeezing through. No in room coffee maker, ice bucket etc. "

Charged $69 for an early check in (fine) but the room was a SIGNIFICANT downgrade from what I had reserved. There was barely any room to walk in the room, no dresser/drawers, a desk so small I had to put the coffee machine on the floor to use my laptop. Ideal location but would absolutely never stay again."

"On the first day we had to have them come and fix the safe. Out of 6 days on 2 had hot water. I don't appreciate cold showers. There's no parking, but we did not need that anyway. They need to put hooks in bathroom to hang clothes on while changing/showering. Trying to get luggage up few entrance steps was a challenge. Several times people were sitting on entrance steps in the way when we were going or coming. "
