I’m an allergy sufferer, so hotel cleanliness is my top priority — this one delivered on its promises. I messaged ahead to confirm, and the staff were cooperative and accommodating. Each floor has a water station, which was a nice touch. The whole front desk team — especially Drew, the front desk manager — was excellent. I’ll stay here again.

Room was beautiful and clean. The room I got didn’t have the Bryant park view but it was peaceful and quiet at night. Hydration station is so useful and I truly appreciated the staff for being so welcoming. The only downside is how long the elevator takes. Other than that, 5 stars.

Excellent hotel, the staff are superb and the rooms are lovely (on the small side, but this is expected in New York). Location is ideal, I walked almost everywhere but there is a subway station nearby too. My only slight downside was the sauna needing to be requested to be turned on, but once you know this is the process it’s fine and it’s easy to message and request 20-30mins ahead of when you want to use it. I would definitely stay here again.

Park Terrace Hotel has helpful and welcoming staff. Our room was spacious, clean and in very good condition. The hotel is quiet with a nice bar/lounge for guests that overlooks the NY Public Library and Bryant Park. The location is convenient to many popular destinations. There are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. we will return on our next city visit.
