Family Beach Vacation

Awesome property

The house has the greatest views! Awesome to be able to access the beach and the inlet. Beautiful sunrise and moon rise over the ocean. We had a great week fishing and relaxing on the beach, watching the boats come in and out the inlet, and walking on the beach. Would love to go back next year.

Beautiful location

Sunrises were fabulous, house was clean and well stocked! We didn't know that the house was next to a beach access and thought it would be noisy, but it was very quiet and there was a consistent police presence. The house was beautifully decorated and steps to the beach. It was a wonderful week with our Marine son and his wife!

Beautiful views. Easy access to the beach. Well stocked home Not in a good swim zone due to swift water. It is posted no swimming due to swift currents. Not a great place to stay if u have any handicap travelers.

Point of view was a great house. Well stocked and comfortable. The stairs up to the front door were streap and made of tile so a little slippery. That was the only minus. Great place for dogs if they can climb stairs well.

Beautiful home with plenty of space and gorgeous views of the sound, waterway and ocean. Wonderful watching the sunrise and the big full moonrise. Very baby/kid friendly. A lot of steps/stairs if you have crawling babies or any body injuries so keep that in mind. Very well stocked kitchen and a relaxing hot tub with jets in the primary bedroom on the top level.

Absolute perfection!

We stayed here for a few days this December as a quick getaway to get away from the holiday stress. This property was exactly what we needed. The house was clean and warm and cozy. So many special touches like toiletries provided and extra cozy blankets around the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every meal! Lots of games and puzzles, child items and toys and even dog items! During the winter season, this is a fairly private area and the views are just unreal! Our dogs had so much fun running on the beach. We saw dolphins and found lots of cool shells. Beds were comfortable and the setup of the rooms and bathrooms is great. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

AMAZING VIEWS!

This home has the most amazing views! From sunrise to sunset, it was beautiful! The home has great furniture and the couch fit our whole family. The AC worked amazing and I only mention because we normally don't have luck with previous rentals. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, spices, dish washer tabs and trash bags. There was even additional toilet paper and laundry detergent. All these extra touches was so thoughtful! Thank you so much for the chocolates and the beautiful beach dish! I will say that the only draw back is that it does get a little loud with the parking lot next to the house. People were leaving at all hours of the night and headlights shining into the house.

A gem on Topsail

We stayed here as a family of 7. 5 adults and 2 kids. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We had rain the first few days, but view from house was great, and plenty of games in the house. I do wish it was disclosed that you cannot swim on the beach near the house. We would have loved to get in the water, but with the river right there flowing into the ocean to the right, it makes it dangerous. There were recent drownings of kids there near us. So please be careful if you get in! The water drops right off when you get in. If you go past the black thing in the water to the right, it is just ocean and safe, but you'd have to walk a bit. Even after all that, the house is absolutely fantastic with views from every window. I would stay here again, but probably not with my kids while they are still younger and like to swim more. Thanks so much Vacasa!

The house was very nice. Well stocked and clean. šŸ˜Š The problem issues we had, could not be helped or changed by the owner. The public parking area beside us was quite distracting for a peaceful time on the decks....even until late into the night. I would not be able to stay again because of several flights of stairs to the bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. My knees are in very bad condition for stair climbing. It is a short walk to the beach. But the undertow this week because of hurricane "Debbie", was very dangerous. So b/n the daily storms and rough waters, there were little or no trips to the beach. šŸ˜” But none of those things could be helped by the owner. It's a Beautiful home. šŸ˜
