While the place was clean and well kept in terms of housekeeping, the overwhelming smell was inescapable, and two of us woke up with noticeable allergy symptoms. As we’re aware this type of issue isn’t a quick fix, we made the decision to relocate.Another challenge was the lack of central air conditioning. The unit relies on portable AC units, which were loud and not effective enough to keep the space comfortably cool.Lastly, while the property is technically beachfront, direct beach access was blocked by sandbags placed along the shore to protect against high water. Guests have to take a detour to reach the beach, which wasn’t mentioned clearly in the listing.We would strongly discourage others from renting this unit until the odor issue is fully resolved and more accurate information is provided regarding beach access and cooling. ##### Tony V.
