The second level is Open concept living containing custom kitchen with dining peninsula, kitchen table and comfortable living room with mounted Samsung Smart TV and beautiful direct ocean views. Rediscover family time and make memories!

Park style grill located outside, behind the garage ocean side. If you bring a grill, DO NOT BRING GRILL UP ON THE DECK! Grilling on the deck is a violation of the town ordinance, YOU COULD BE FINED!
