✨ ABOUT THIS SPACE ✨



Walk in and the first thing you notice is the light — vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows pull the ocean view into the living room, so you're never far from the water even inside. A farmhouse-style dining table anchors one end for card games and long dinners, while the sectional and TV on the other end are made for lazy movie nights after a beach day.



The kitchen is set up to actually cook in, not just reheat — full-size appliances, generous counter space, and enough dishes and cookware for a real family breakfast. Seating for 10 between the dining table and the four-stool island means nobody eats standing up.



Four bedrooms are spread across three levels so groups can spread out:

• Bedroom 1 — second-level primary suite, queen bed, TV, ensuite full bath with walk-in shower, and its own private deck with an ocean view for quiet morning coffee

• Bedroom 2 — top level, queen bed, TV, and one of the best ocean views in the house

🔑 GUEST ACCESS



Check-in is fully self-service with a keyless smart lock, so there's no coordinating arrival times or waiting on a host. Once you're in, the entire home is yours — all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the kitchen and dining area, the living room, and every deck. You'll also have full use of the outdoor shower and the ground-level lounge, both of which see heavy use after beach days. Beach access is a short walk directly across the street.



🚗 PARKING



Free on-site parking is available for up to 4 vehicles — no permits, passes, or street parking to worry about, which matters on an island where parking can otherwise be a headache in peak season. Space is generally driveway/under-house parking rather than a garage, so plan for larger trucks or trailers to take up more than one spot.



📋 HOUSE RULES



Check-in is 4:00 PM, checkout is 10:00 AM — early check-in may be available for a fee if the home is ready, confirmed the night before. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. The home has working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Please be mindful of neighbors during quiet hours (10 PM-8 AM), since this is a residential beach community. A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for reservations booked outside of Airbnb. We stock starter paper towels, toilet paper, and bath essentials — bring your own beach towels, since those get sandy fast. Questions come up on every trip; we respond quickly, so just ask.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, and multiple furnished decks. You’ll also enjoy the outdoor shower, ground-level lounge area, and on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles. The beach is just steps away, with easy access right across the street. Entry is a smooth self-check-in with a secure keyless entry system.

Getting Around:

Inlet By The Sea is located in North Topsail Beach, a quiet, family-friendly part of Topsail Island. The home is easy to reach by car, with paved roads all the way and parking available on-site for up to 4 vehicles. Beach access is right across the street, so most days you can walk straight to the sand without needing to drive.



A car is recommended if you plan to explore more of the island or nearby towns. Surf City and Sneads Ferry are both about 10–15 minutes away and offer grocery stores, dining, shops, and local attractions.



From Major Highways:

If you’re arriving from I-40, take Exit 373 toward Burgaw. Follow NC-53 East to US-17 South, then take NC-210 East toward Sneads Ferry and North Topsail Beach. Cross the high-rise bridge onto Topsail Island, turn left onto New River Inlet Road, and the home will be just a few minutes down. Roads are fully paved and easy to navigate.
