    * Beautiful oceanfront Villas by the Sea community pool short walk 3 houses down, pool open April 1st to Oct 31st, pool heated
    * Gourmet kitchen fully stocked for the cook, Keurig and regular coffee maker, large steamer pot, crock pot, air fryer, pancake skillet, blender
    * Bar area with beverage cooler (frees up refrigerator space) and ice maker makes 50 lbs ice/day. Wine and cocktail glasses
    * Dining table seats 9 and large counter seating for 5
    * Comfortable leather sectional seating area
    * Blackout drapes in all bedrooms
    * Outdoing dining table with 6 chairs and two high top chairs on first level to enjoy oceanfront meals
