While it’s not a luxury resort, it’s clean, comfortable, and priced to reflect its well-loved character. From morning coffee on the balcony to evenings spent stargazing, this cozy retreat offers the perfect setting for making memories. Beach access is unavailable from this building's beach access stairs at the moment (the beach changes rapidly). The public access point should be used just to the north of the Topsail Reef HOA for beach access. This condo is in Building #7\. At the moment, buildings #8, #7 and #5 have closed beach accesses. Other buildings within the HOA may have open beach access stairs which can be used at low tide. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. I wish the listing had said they had a Keurig, as well as a standard coffee maker, because I would have packed differently for morning coffee. The AC units did a great job keeping the place cool. I would only suggest a little painting to give the place a facelift and connect a drain line to the living room AC unit so it doesn't get the deck wet.
