Welcome to Fantasea #183, a Landmark Vacation Rentals property and your ultimate oceanfront retreat in North Topsail Beach! This beautifully updated 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and stunning ocean views. Designed to accommodate up to 24 guests, this spacious and pet-friendly getaway is ideal for large families or groups seeking a relaxing and unforgettable beach escape. Step outside to your private beach access and feel the sand between your toes, or unwind in the hot tub while taking in the breathtaking coastal scenery. The expansive oceanfront decks feature plenty of seating, providing the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee as the sun rises over the horizon or to watch the waves crash along the shore. Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed layout with stylish updates, ensuring a fresh and modern feel throughout the home. The spacious living and dining areas on the top floor open directly onto the oceanfront deck, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living. Each of the seven bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind. Guests will enter through the first floor/ground floor entry way. Breakdown of the bedrooms by floor and bed sizes: Second Floor: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Twin over twin bunkbed with a twin daybed and twin trundle. Bedroom 4: Twin over twin bunkbed with a twin daybed and twin trundle. Third Floor: On the third level, you'll find the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for large family gatherings, with modern decor, ample seating, and mesmerizing ocean views. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring high-end appliances and plenty of space. Outside, enjoy the oceanfront decks with comfortable seating, perfect for dining and relaxing to the sound of the waves. Bedroom 5: Queen sofa bed/daybed. Fourth Floor (Top floor): Bedroom 6: King bed with a queen sleeper sofa. Bedroom 7: King bed with a queen sleeper sofa. The home includes an elevator for added convenience, making it easy for guests of all ages to access each level. Two dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 per dog (two dogs max). Included: WIFI, Smart TVs throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more. There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. The kitchen has everything available for in home cooking or whatever might be needed and plenty of table space for everyone. The beds are very comfortable and bedding was supplied. The elevator is a big plus and functioned well with no issues. The 2 main king suites on the top deck were perfect for ocean listening at night and viewing in the mornings. Bottom line is that this was well worth the price. We have stayed at many units with VRBO over the years and this is one of our favorites. The hosts were very accommodating.
