"We enjoyed our stay at Gregg’s house. He had lots of beach equipment that was perfect for using and spending the whole day at the beach. The location was very convenient to walking to the beach with a stop at Indian Shores coffee shop on the way. We loved all the quirky beach themed decor in the house. The rooftop lounge area was great for chilling in the evening when we were wore out from the beach. We met Gregg and he stopped in to congratulate us on our wedding. He was very friendly and truly cared that we had a good stay in his house. We would definitely stay again."

"The condo was very clean. There is not a beach view - the very large balcony looks over parking lot and street . The furnishings are lovely however kitchen cabinets badly in need of repair. Carpet is not in good shape and needs to be replaced or taken up. Older and stained places. Blinds in bedrooms broken and not good if you need a dark room to sleep in - lights flood both bedrooms. Great Airconditioning which is wonderful for a Florida stay,"

"We just returned from our Mother's Day mini vacation and what an amazing time we had .From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate. The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated with a fresh coastal style, and felt both modern and welcoming. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and everything looked incredibly well maintained.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook and feel at home ,all you need to bring is your food and clothing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we felt very safe and relaxed throughout our stay.The location was perfect. Just cross the street and you are on the beach. The property amenities were also excellent, especially the pool and pier. The area itself is beautiful, lively, and surrounded by great restaurants and convenient spots nearby.One of the highlights of our stay was the responsiveness of the owner, Zana. She answered messages almost immediately and was always available if we had questions or needed anything. That level of communication and care truly made a difference and gave us peace of mind during the trip.Overall, this was one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained beach getaway in Indian Shores."
