"This hotel is run down and not taken care of. The pool is tiny and the hotel is noisy. There is no sound barrier between rooms. Way over priced. This hotel was so disgusting we checked the same day we checked in. Not recommended. "

"The beach view was amazing . You can see a beach sunrise! Pool was large and well kept but hot tub was not hot. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Staff was always very accommodating. "

"We had six people staying at this house but truly can fit 10. There are four bedrooms and also an air mattress that someone could sleep on. You walk into this home. It’s one level, absolutely beautiful open concept, huge sliding doors that go out to an incredible backyard with a putting green and a saltwater pool. Walking distance from restaurants and the beach. I will say, there are no games and no books if you are interested in that."

"We had a fabulous stay at Surf Park House. Everything you could possibly need or want was there for us. Extremely clean, great backyard, bedrooms a good size with lots of room for clothes and enough hangers, which is not always the case. Very happy with this place. The beach was 4 blocks directly from the home with the peir being a 8-10 min. walk down the beach. Would stay again. One of the nicer VRBOs we have stayed at in Jacksonville Beach over the last 4 yrs. Great to be able to have our dog and nice for the fenced in yard. Highly recommend. Wendy and Sam"

"Property is in a great location and provides a good home base for a weekend in Jacksonville Beach. We had some unusual circumstances, but the host was quick to respond and help us address. We were not traveling with pets but this would be great for pets with the enclosed backyard. "

"Wasn’t aware to notify you in advance to heat the pool or the extra cost. Also burners on stove need to be checked. One not working. Need more hand towels and kitchen towels."
