"I love that the beach is within walking distance. Cleanliness was top notch. Breakfast was amazing. I watched the chef cater to people. He made me a loaded French toast. The only negative was paying $15 for parking. Thank you to Daphne, Emily, and Mr. Chef for the five ⭐️ service."

"Loved the location. In walking distance to great restaurants, local coffee shops, shopping, and activities. Clean, A/C worked great, there was a blow dryer, iron and ironing board which was nice to have. The internet also worked well. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again."

"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. The condo was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was one of the best parts; it was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and souvenir shops, so we rarely needed to drive.The only downside was that we could hear the guests and their dogs in the unit above us, especially when they were walking around. We also couldn't get the bedroom ceiling fans to work, but that was a very minor issue and didn't affect our overall stay. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place in Jacksonville Beach, this VRBO is an excellent choice."

"Great location, has everything you need! Just a quick walk to the beach, chairs and umbrella provided. Easy to walk to restaurants and cafes. Beds are comfortable, cute little loft perfect for a tween/teen. We usually stay on the beach, but this location was available and much more affordable. Abby is great with communication- we didn’t have and questions or concerns, she was thorough with her messages and check in/out was a breeze!"
