"Close to Nagoya Station, this hotel is clean and has an attentive staff. It also has public baths and several good restaurants around. The beds however, are overly hard and we found sleeping uncomfortable."

The room and especially the bathroom was spacious and beds really comfortable - but what really stood out was the staff, in particular one member ‘Barry’ who was super friendly and helpful.
