"Close to Nagoya Station, this hotel is clean and has an attentive staff. It also has public baths and several good restaurants around. The beds however, are overly hard and we found sleeping uncomfortable."

The room and especially the bathroom was spacious and beds really comfortable - but what really stood out was the staff, in particular one member ‘Barry’ who was super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated being able to leave luggage and she went out of her way to help us get a refund for a night we didn’t use due to flight change. "The overall experience was excellent. My only drawback was that the room felt a bit small, though that seems fairly common. The location was very convenient, both FamilyMart and 7-Eleven were nearby, and it was just a short walk to the shopping area and great restaurants in Sakae."
