My son and his wife had an excellent stay while visiting friends in Nagoya! The staff was super nice and professional, the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. For anyone visiting Nagoya, it is a perfect, convenient spot with plenty of transportation, dining, and shopping options. We will definitely stay here again when in Nagoya!

Very nice property located close to hisayaodori station, just within 1 min walk from the station. Close to Sakae commercial district. Clean and tidy. The room was typically small so we struggled a bit opening our baggages. Coin laundry was perfect the end time for each washing machine was shown in the room TV.

We had a great stay at the Croom hotel. Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing and the spa in the hotel was fantastic.
The hotel is in a great location - we loved the park area near the hotel (look for the Eiffel Tower style TV tower) where there were great shops and restaurants.
Of note, several reviews mention that the hotel is in a noisy area but there was no noise issues at all during our stay.
