"The host cancelled within a few days of travel, with a flimsy excuse of double booking through an alternative platform. Given the timescales involved none of this rings true and I’m furious that I had to book alternative accommodation at short notice and extra cost. Customer services were absolutely no help, kept yawning through my call, and made the Booking with confidence guarantee a joke. "We ended up staying in a shipping container converted into a room. It was quite small and cramped. The windows were not equipped for wind, and there was constant banging on our windows all night. The place was somewhat hard to find - inadequate instructions. Finally, the place itself feels quite spooky, especially when other people aren’t walking around."

"Rent og fint hotell med store fellesrom med TV, kaffemaskin. Det største problemet var å finne frem. Kjørte fram og tilbake og ingen skilt. Heller ikke god nok info om at man først må til Tjeldsundbrua kro og motell for å få nøkkel. Her burde det ligge tydelig info på hotels.com sin side! Ville gitt bedre total skåre om det ikke var uklar info om beliggenhet og innsjekking. Rimelig overnatting, rent og pent."
