There’s no wifi and only free to air from Ballarat. Novel. But I loved the quiet and the view and I would go back. "

"A great place to stay, clean, convenient and quiet location, close to supermarket. We were given an upgrade to a spacious renovated room upstairs. Some other renovations are going on in the property. Microwave oven, toaster, kettle and cutleries are provided adequate to have a simple meal in room. Guest laundry is available for use. Towels are nice and soft. "
