"The hotel felt dingy and unclean. I'm sure it was nice one day, but that day was a long time ago. Also the access code to the room keys was left on the unattended reception with a list of the guest names, I'm certain this against data protection laws."

"On arriving the location was great, parking was good as it was roadside. We were greeted by weeds to the front and filthy guttering. We couldn’t get in the door as the key lock wasn’t working so we rang the number and the spare key was under the plant pot by the front door. The shower in downstairs room was not useable as it’s was completely broken and needed a new hose and...

"Was exactly what I needed, continental breakfast included ,only needed for a bed as I was out all day, there is off street parking if needed"

"Property was ok to sleep in few down points regarding bathroom cleaning and no toaster in kitchen Property may look into getting few more bits into kitchen for cooking facilities no frying pans there could do with few clothes hooks for coats too"

"Nice place for a short stay price very reasonable"

"Comfortable bed, and very convenient location. TV and wifi worked well. Had to ring to ask for towels, which arrived a little while later. The room was very damp and parts of the carpet were wet. As there was no heating on in the building everything in the room got damper. I could not have a shower on my 2nd full day because there was no way the towel from the previous day could have dried out. Shower barely warm even when turned up to max heat."

The cottage needs a deep clean as was very dirty in all areas, misty smell which made me feel ill, hot tub very dirty, husband & son used it I wouldn’t, next morning husband wasn’t feeling too good not sure if this was hot tub related or not. Decor in the cottage looks like has just been thrown on the walls, the blinds all broken & blinds on the doors...
