"Went to check in and staff was rude. Bed was dirty and discoloured, pieces of hair all over, not cleaned at all just bed made. Found a dead spider in the lamp. very small bottle of shampoo, requested for more and the staff seemed annoyed and said to me are they all finished. Noisy neighbours, couldn’t sleep until 4am!"
