"The private room and bathroom were okay and the AC worked well. However, the mattress was past its prime and to get to it, one had to climb 5 flights of stairs. When I arrived, I met people outside who took one look at the entrance and walked away. I was tempted to as well, but decided to see the inside first. I ended up staying 3 nights but will not return if I’m ever back in Prishtine."

"I'm not sure where to start. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff is attentive and accommodating when it came to any questions or requests I had. Take a whole day to enjoy the pool area and spa options! Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety which included some local and homemade options. There's an open air walkable market area adjacent to the hotel with many dining and shopping options. All in all a great stay!"

Alketa the front desk person was amazing from before we arrived they were prompt to answer all my emails and requests from arranging airport pick up to early check in.
