Le petit déjeuner était médiocre pour un hôtel 4* soit disant . Il n’y a même pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre ni stick de café ni bouilloire.
Manque de communication du personnel si ils sont sollicités. Manque de convivialité. J’étais déçue !!!"

Quel che rende diverso questo hotel è il fattore umano: il personale è sempre stato disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni richiesta, oltre che fornire consigli e indicazioni utili, oppure semplicemente fare quattro chiacchiere!!! 💖"
"The private room and bathroom were okay and the AC worked well. However, the mattress was past its prime and to get to it, one had to climb 5 flights of stairs. When I arrived, I met people outside who took one look at the entrance and walked away. I was tempted to as well, but decided to see the inside first. I ended up staying 3 nights but will not return if I’m ever back in Prishtine."

Alketa the front desk person was amazing from before we arrived they were prompt to answer all my emails and requests from arranging airport pick up to early check in. When there they were very pleasant and helpful with helping me navigate getting around and supporting other questions. Great service, they made my stay even better 😊
