The music coming from the fitness center is loud, even at 9pm but it has been fixed when I call the reception. I stayed in room 130. The Internet did not work at all, and I complained to the receptionist repeatedly. Also, I asked for my room to be swapped. My request was declined. The final straw was in the morning when I needed to get ready for the airport and I couldn’t shower because the water was ice cold. Again, I mentioned this to the receptionist on two occasions and nothing was done about it. I had to leave for the airport without a shower. This hotel wasn’t cheap either.
