Benacus E4 Apartment by Wonderful Italy

Apartment with terrace located within the residential complex "Benacus 2", with shared pools for adults and for children, jacuzzi area and children's playground, in Sirmione.



This amazing apartment is located in the first floor provided with an elevator, a garage, extra outdoor parking space and free Wi-Fi. The entrance opens onto the living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a Smart TV, a dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen, also fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a microwave, an orange juicer, an American coffee machine and a toaster. From the living room, guests have access to the private terrace provided from dining table, which offers a lovely setting for daily and evening relax. The apartment continues with two wide bedrooms, one coming with a queen size bed and wardrobe and the second one with two single beds, and a contemporary fitted bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine. Both bedrooms overlook the back terrace and have wonderful finishings, as the parquet flooring.



*The shared pool is available from May 15th till September 30th. Swimming cap is required.

Starting from the historic walls of the city, tourists begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaligero Castle and its Darsena. Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road that runs along Lake Garda, which offers unforgettable views. For cycling lovers, we suggest taking part in the itinerary to discover Lugana Wine, cycling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.



The apartment is easily reachable from the nearby airport in Verona, which is only 20 minutes away by car.

Wohnung in Strandnähe mit Macken

Insgesamt war die Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Allerdings waren der Tisch, 2 Stühle, eine Liege, der Wäscheständer und das Terrassenlicht kaputt. Anscheinend wird die Funktionsfähigkeit nicht überprüft. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief gut und es wurde ein neuer Tisch, Stühle und eine Liege besorgt. Der Tisch war leider recht klein für 4 Personen. Der Pool und die Nähe zum Strand sind Pluspunkte. Unsere Schlafzimmer lagen in Richtung Kreisverkehr, was vom Lärm her beeinträchtigte. Für 3 Tage war es insgesamt ok.

Wundervoller Sommerurlaub

Wir haben hier zwei wundervolle Wochen zu Viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen. Ich fand die Aussicht auf den Pool und die angrenzenden mediterranen Gebäude sehr schön. Eben dieser Pool ist auch ein ganz besonderes Highlight. Sehr schön zum entspannen (man kann auch mal Bahnen schwimmen), ebenso wie für Kinder geeignet. Es gibt einen Spielplatz und eine Wiese. Alles ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und es gibt einen LifeGuard, der am Pool für ein sicheres Gefühl sorgt. In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich Geschäfte vom Supermarkt bis zum Surfbrettverleih. Freitags ist zwei Minuten entfernt Markt, der Gardasee lässt sich in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Sirmione und Peschera sind mit dem Auto ebenso leicht und schnell erreichbar. Nur einen kleinen Stern abzug gibt es, weil die Sonnenliegen erneuert werden könnten/müssten. Die eine vorhandene Liege war sehr instabil, diese konnten wir am Pool nicht nutzen. Wir haben es uns aber auf der Wiese gemütlich gemacht, das war ebenso schön. Insgesamt aber eine sehr schöne Gegend und eine schöne Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fijn verblijf gehad

Het verblijf was prima in dit appartement. De schoonmaak had iets beter gekund, maar de locatie en het zwembad waren helemaal prima voor ons. Ook het strand was dichtbij en er zit een erg goede koffiezaak net onder het appartement.

Bøvlet nøgleudlevering

Lejlighed super, dog ingen AC. Masser af køkkengrej, rent og pænt. Lækker pool. Største udfordring er at nøgleudlevering er svær at finde og ligger 12 km væk fra lejligheden(modsat retning fra motorvejen=30-45 minutters ekstra rejsetid ved Gardasøen i højsæson på en fredag eller søndag). Vi vil gerne bo samme sted igen, men vil forsøge at finde en anden udlejer. Garage under lejlighedskomplekset, men vores bil (autoboks)kunne dog ikke komme ind pga lav loftshøjde. Gode parkeringsmuligheder udenfor. Restauranter og supermarkeder tæt på.

Nah am See

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Aufzug und Garage sind komfortabel auch für größeres Gepäck. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise war problemlos und unkompliziert. Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und ohne Sprachprobleme.

Sehr schöne ruhige Anlage (Wohnung)

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr toll, man kann zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto alles erreichen. Eine Ruhige tolle Anlage. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich & nett in Italien. Wir kommen wieder :-)
