"We booked a 4 night stay for two in a queen bungalow. Online the room included a pull out sofa however this was the smallest bungalow (room 103) and did not include a sofa or sitting area. I couldn't find any pictures online but the room pictured on here is 104\. It was nice to have a private patio with a pool view, but a little uncomfortable having a single pane glass door with a flimsy lock where you sleep. We ended up moving rooms for an unrelated issue and the staff were beyond accommodating. We moved across the plaza to the white house and we're much happier with our room and we're gifted an extra night at no cost for the inconvenience. Continental breakfast was included and delicious (pastries, fruit, cereal - same daily). The cafe on the property was also lovely. Everything was walkable (30 mins to otherside of island). Highlights included the butterfly conservatory and the sebago "

"Great location! Outside of the Duvall Street bustle but within easy walking distance to everything, including the beach, grocery store and restaurants. The onsite outdoor bar, the Tipsy Rooster, features great drinks and live music. The onsite pools are great. One has plenty of room for the family and the other is heated and provides a quieter, more laid-back and secluded place to relax. My go-to place in Key West for affordability and convenience! "

"Parking was easy and secure. Our studio room was spacious and updated. The pool area and grounds were very nice. It was a great area to stay in. The only issue we had was that our room (Building C Unit 202A) seemed to lack any kind of sound proofing. We could hear what the room next door were watching on TV and conversing about. Our upstairs "neighbors" must have had a child that like to do jumping jacks and throw marbles across the floor at 5:30 am. I will say that it did not prevent us from enjoying our stay though! "

"Outstanding location and surprisingly cozy and tucked away for being near the main drag and centrally located to all the Key West highlights.The room was nice and clean and it had everything we could have possibly needed for the night.The shuttle service was also super convenient and very prompt, Zoey was a really sweet chauffeur and we learned quite a bit about the hotspots of the island.A little pricey just for one night, even considering the holiday demand, but the quality and care of the service made it all worth it.I would definitely consider coming here again next time I visit the Keys!"
