"We checked in and were told we'd been upgraded to a single-floor pool view suite with king beds. A nice surprise! The staff is wonderful, as is the location at the quieter end of Duval, with lots of great things to do on the east side of the island, yet close enough to walk to the busier, more touristy area. The pools, muffins, happy hours and daily maid service were all outstanding. The property and our suite felt very homey and intimate, with a very attentive staff. We would definitely go back!"
