"Fabulous stay! Quaint cottages in garden setting right in old town. Very convenient to Duval St. Wonderful staff, nice breakfast. Rental bicycles available on site for $20 a day. Clean room, mattress was a little hard for my preference but that was the only tiny negative. Would go back!"

Room 107 issues, toilet was rotted off its flange and sewer gas was noticed, carpets were loaded with debris, shower walls had hair from previous guests on the tiles (all 3 walls), trip hazards throughout the deck area. Overall POOR conditions exisit.. Already located another place for up coming visits. "
