"We were surprised to find out that our room didn't have a private bathroom bur quickly adjusted to the fact that we had to use a shared bathroom. Luckily all the guests were around our same age and were respectful. It felt like staying at a hostel in Europe and based on our experience, we would do it again!"

"Every things are very good except for the hotel did NOT provide us the sleepers to use when I was in the shower, The room is clean, The staffs are very friendly and polite, Breakfast is excellent, Lake view is perfect . I just very disappointed that the hotel didn’t provide the sleepers for me to use when I took the shower. My husband had to help me to get in and out the bath room. No bathtub"

"Our room was clean and comfortable and check in was super easy. We liked that it was close to everything in Saranac Lake. During a very busy season, we appreciated that we were not required the two night minimum that many hotels charge. The room was slightly outdated but the price was affordable and the amenities are good. We will definitely return!"

"We stayed in a cabin which was perfect. The view is beautiful and it is close to the water. The food at the Long View Lodge is excellent and the staff are very nice. I highly recommend."

"It was close to the lake and The Wild Center. Clean, modern room. Bed was firm but comfortable. Didn't get any hair conditioner 😞. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit, but it looked very inviting."
