I liked being able to self check in and out without having to deal with a person. The take and go “breakfast” was poor though. Mini plain bagels, apples, granola bars and yogurt(strawberry only).besides that It was a great place for my one night stay.

Upon arrival at 3pm, our room was not ready. Manager Will was on site and gave us an upgrade at no extra cost. Room was very comfortable and clean. The next morning my cereal milk was sour. Reported to manager and fresh milk was in the lobby the next day. Second night after hiking, tried to take a shower but the shower handle came off! Left a message with the Manager. He got back within 30 minutes. Offered a different room but we were already settled in after using the sink to clean up. I requested a break on the room cost, and he offered 50% off our bill. The motel was fine. Had its glitches, but the manager tried to correct our issues in a timely and fair manner.

We were there for Grandsons hockey tournament. Great location to Lake Placid. Owners were wonderful! Entry is push button key system. Very clean! Would definitely stay again.

Check in and out, door locks super convenient and easy!! Pool, fire pit,games were very nice and used them.The staff was nice but couldn't provide EXPECTED supplies. There was no caffeinated coffee even though we reported it for a four day stay! There were no spoons or forks needed for several of the breakfast items. They didn't have these supplies to refill them. Many of us complained about the lack of coffee.

Good place to stay with spacious room and self-service breakfast buffet. The lounge area appeared warm and inviting with couches and fairly new furniture. Overall a bit impersonal due to self-check in online, would have been nice to meet a person upon arrival to be able to ask questions.

The room we stayed in and the lobby were absolutely spotless. The ease of access was incredible- all digital. Very comfortable overall. The breakfast was missing a few things (out of things) but otherwise it was very nice and we would do it again without a doubt.

The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. That's about the best thing I can say about the room. There was no toilet paper when we arrived. None in the community center where extra supplies were supposed to be. I called the number, they said they would send housekeeping. Went out for the day Saturday and still no toilet paper when we returned around 6PM. Had to call again. We can survive with the basics, toilet paper is a necessity. The floors were filthy because the children's feet were black...... The pool was clean and refreshing.
