"The hotel is in good overall condition, and the service at the restaurant during dinner was superb. I would especially like to recognize the red-haired lady who worked on the evening of Monday, 09/28/26. She was absolutely wonderful and provided excellent service. I hope the manager can share our comments and appreciation with her (guests from Miami). The hotel’s location is something to consider. I would not recommend it for guests who want to be in the center or within walking distance of the Old Town, as the main attractions are not easily accessible on foot. However, if you are comfortable using Uber, the location is not a major issue. The housekeeping service was excellent. My only suggestion would be to give the bathroom shower a more thorough deep cleaning. The breakfast is expensive, there are many other places at the old town with excellent selection, and cheaper. Overall, this is a good hotel choice as long as you take into consideration that the main attractions and Old Town are not within walking distance."

"A nice hotel. It is clean, modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice. The best thing is the location, just on the edge of the old town and next to the river. The only slight drawback was that the room was on the top floor and it was very warm despite the air-conditioning."
