"Was there for universal studios with the kids. Family of four. Very friendly upon arrival. Valet and self parking is kind of pricey at $60 per day, but overall worth the money. Drinks in hotel are pricey as well…so be prepared to fork out $21 for one cocktail plus tip. Free shuttle to the studios and shops, Easy walking as well. The pool Has a bar and is clean, not huge resort style but big enough. Overall 5 stars. "

"I was very happy about having access to the pool and loved the view, food, and ambience of the penthouse restaurant! I didn’t realize there was such a generous buffet for breakfast! The omelette chef was superb, and the rest of the hotel staff was very fine as well. Zak our server was very personable when my sister and I had scallops (yum!) for dinner. "

"Love this place! The grounds beautiful, rooms are spacious and updated and it has a really nice pool area. The restaurant is amazing. I recommend trying their brunch. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Will definitely be back!"

"Clean room, quiet, great location. Highly recommend. Spa water downstairs. I wish there had been a tea/coffee maker in the room. Room did have a mini refrigerator, which I appreciated. I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant but the menu looked tasty."
