The property is perched on a mountain side up Cunningham Gulch among high altitude pines. It features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It has a kitchen ready to go and a huge great room. It will sleep about 16 people comfortably. It has access to some of the best hiking and four wheeling in the country. you just take off right from the cabin no need to haul them anywhere.
